Firefox 92.0 Stable's release date is September 7, 2021. The new Stable version of the Firefox web browser is a stability and security release for the most part, but it does include new features as well. If you have Firefox set to automatically install updates you might also want to check if automatic background updates have been enabled at Settings | General | Firefox Updates. This feature checks for updates every 7 hours and install available updates, even when your Firefox browser is not in use. Automatic background updating started rolling out in FF90 (see the support article Enable Background Updates on Firefox for Windows) but only appeared in my settings (enabled by default) after I updated to FF92 today.
