Firewall is blocking my connection to itunes store

I have norton 360 and my firewall is blocking my connection to the tunes store, i have set it to allow but it is stil not working.  I am not very computer literate and step by step instructions would help immensely!  Im not sure what else to put but anything you need to know please ask
