Running latest version of Windows 8.1 and NIS V21. Here is the problem. When I go to log into my PC. Opening a browser. It does nothing and takes up to a minute some times to open. I came across something in my log with NIS. Every time this happens. It shows the following. Picture attached. I believe its the source of the problem. Please advise.
