I would like to make adjustments to my firewall settings, however, I can’t seem to see how to do that on this version of Norton 360, and the ‘help’ section is worse than useless. All the internet advice says the same thing: go to ‘settings’ and then, under ‘settings’, go to ‘firewall’. However, on my version of Norton 360, the little grey cog is also labelled as ‘settings’ when I mouse-over, but then when I click on it, there is no ‘firewall’ option.
I tried each of the available options (Product Tour, Launch View, VPN, Software Updater, and Notifications), and none of them lead to anything remotely related to the firewall.
I really want to be able to set exceptions, stop Norton from being overzealous and preventing programmes from launching, but I am really not seeing how. Any advice relating to this issue would be much appreciated!
