Firewall: special permissions for single program?

Hello everyone. Ive been through the FW settings and either what I want to do isnt there, or Ive missed it.

I would like to set special permissions for java. What I would ultimately like is for Norton to ask me to acceot or deny incoming or outgoing connections for java each time, and have the FW "learn" those responses (in other words, once I allow it, dont ask me again). I know I can log all events for java, Ive seen that option. But I'd rather see connections as theyre happening, and permit or deny them.

Possible?

Im using Win7 64 bit, NIS 2010.

Dieselman326 : OK. So this will pop up on EVERY network connection, correct? I was trying to do it with just one, but if not possible, I'll have FW re-learn everything.

Once you receive a pop up and allow it it will not longer ask you that same question. But you can tweak those settings also.

Yep. Alrighty I'll do it that way then. Thank you!

Your welcome.
