What is the default settings for the Traffic Rules. Note: The Default reset button do not reset traffic rules.
What version of Norton are you running?
Resetting the entire Firewall (General Settings for the firewall in N360 or on the main page of the Smart Firewall in NIS) will indeed return the Traffic rules to default settings.
I am using the Norton Security Suite provided by Comcast
