I currently have Windows 10 and hesitant to try any online “fix” as I have Norton products.

I am running VPN, use both Edge 138.0.3351.109 and Chrome 138.0, 7204.138, tried ingognito. I did clear the browser cache, didn’t dare reset, Have current Norton 360, Antitrack, and Ultimate. Computer is a 2022 Lenovo laptop, Windows 10 pro. PC Health check OK for Windows 11, but not anxious to update yet. Am not real computer savvy.
