We have released a fix tool for the LiveUpdate error 8921,246 that some of you have experienced with Norton Internet Security and Norton AntiVirus. The Fix Tool is available in the Knowledge Base article for the 8921,246 error.

The fix tool replaces your existing lue.dll file with lue.dll version 1.1.1.1. It fixes the root cause of the issue which is rejection of HTTP 1.0 responses by LiveUpdate, if used behind a proxy server.
