Norton is flagging some of my system apps. Apps that I know are save it recommends I remove them but I can’t they are system apps. I have tried many different security apps and no one flags them. Norton flagged my camera app and said it auto updates my phone/camera is a Motorola right from Verizon.

Are you seeing the lack of app scans for all apps, or just system apps?
If the App Advisor feature is not working, I would suggest a reinstall of the 360 App. Then test again.
Now I am having issues with Norton not scanning Apps before I install them from Google Play. I guess that’s fine but if I do install a unsafe App from Google Play and it does not tell me before hand will Norton eventually catch it?

If you have Norton 360 Android set to scan system apps, you are likely to get some false positives because a system app often has behaviours that would be considered malicious on a non system app.
Personally, I disable that setting in 360 Settings. As long as you have not rooted your device, there is little chance that a system app is going to get infected.
