FLASH - Win10 - can be disabled

I was one of many who uninstalled Flash from all of the User Accounts on my Win7 --> Win10 laptop except one, where I had to have Flash for my on-line utility provider.

I did it mainly because of this Krebs article http://krebsonsecurity.com/2015/09/adobe-flash-patch-plus-shockwave-shocker/  and this Forum thread https://community.norton.com/en/forums/flash-shockwave-more-problems

So I was horrified to find that WIn10 now has Flash integrated with IE and also in Edge. I couldn't get any Microsoft technician to comment on whether or not these Flash add-ons are any safer than the old riddled-with-holes Flash so I tried a more polite way of asking. I'm delighted to at last discover that Flash in both can be disabled and then enabled where a site requires it:

Also delighted that Microsoft will automatically update Flash when necessary.
