Issue abstract: forgot vault password and I
Am unable to reset
Detailed description: I have forgotten my vault password and have gone through to “forgot password” in settings. It shows the password hint but I did not set up the recovery access key so now am unable to access the vault. I tried to contact support both chat and phone but it kept taking me back to the options page. How do I rectify this with Password Manager?

Norton support does not know nor reset your Norton Password Manager vault password.
If you did not set up Passwordless Vault Unlock nor Password Recovery Key.

Thank you for your reply. Does anyone know if there is a way to get through to Norton Support ? I can’t remember my vault password at all so am not sure what I should do from here. Should I just delete the whole account or something?
As already noted, Norton Support cannot help you access your vault if you have forgotten the password. This is a security feature. The only way now is to use the information here to use a mobile device with biometric access. Reset vault password of Norton Password Manager from your mobile device
