I set my language to English so why when I list topics, do I see every other language.
It just clutters up the screen.
Are you seeing the other languages along with the English? That just helps non English users of the site. The English forum listings are all at the top of the list. Beyond that are the other languages that Norton has provided for non English users around the world.
It only clutters up the screen when you scroll down the list.
