I recently got a charge on my credit card from Phone.com. I called my cc company and cancelled the card and reported the vendor. They issued a new card number on the morning of 03/02/2022. That afternoon I started going through the companies that I have on Autopay, i.e. Utilities, cell phones. While doing this, I got another charge to the new cc number from Phone.com. Has anyone experienced this? If so, how did you get it resolved? I have run Norton Utilities, every virus scan I have available to me through Norton and every time my PC comes up clean. Any suggestions?
