Curious, how were you offered Utilities Premium.
I was offered Norton Utilities Premium free license when I enrolled in Automatic Renewal.
My Norton Utilities Premium key was posted with my Norton account.
As I recall, after some time I sign'd out & in to my Norton account and saw Norton Utilities Premium key posted with My Norton Subscriptions.
Problem solved.
