I have Norton 360 Delux protection.When I log in there is a option to get a free upgrade for existing members.Upon opening you are asked to pay for this supposedly FREE upgrade? What does this mean?

When you download and install on your mobile device you will see different options. One is to start your subscription which will start a new subscription through that app store. That option will ask for payment information to pay for a new subscription. The other is to sign into your Norton Account, or use an existing subscription . That is the one you want to use to log into your Norton Account and activate the product on that device.
Thanks. That is the place where it says"free upgrade for existing users"But it is not free. They want to bill you for a new subscription.
