Keep getting this screen and no matter what I try it still comes up when I Log-On. Have tried to get the Full Disk Access to work, but it will not.
Many have this problem so I don't feel left out. Using O/S BIG SUR v.11.4

Thank yo for for the information...Using Norton 8.6.4 and I see that others are using same and some on 8.6.5 and are having same issue. The Full Disk Access screen with the request to complete or when I reboot asks that I go to Security to allow Full Disk Access, but I have ticked all the correct boxes. Assume that all is well and the only thing is to get rid of the window blocking my view of the Norton Home Page.
Have also rebooted several times. Assume that all is well and the only thing is to get rid of the window blocking my view of the Norton Home Page.

I have this problem intermittently with Norton 8.6.5 and Mac OS Catalina 10.15.7. It is often fixed by rebooting machine.

This is a reply I received from Norton support after many hours trying to resolve the problem.Part of an email I received yesterday;
Norton Escalation Team in Dublin.
Engineering has reached out to me to make contact and to notify you about the error on your Norton product. This error was reported to engineering and is currently investigating it.
Unfortunately, there is no ETA on when the issue will get addressed as the issue is not readily reproducible in-house. Engineering is suggesting ignoring the error for now until the fix will be applied via a future update. The advice is also to use the MAC device as you would normally do.
