Please make available to your paying customers a product's full executable file for download as needed along with your download manager. There are those such as myself who prefer utilizing that method of installation and also wish to keep the file as a backup on our systems should reinstalling ever be required and/or my Internet connection is unavailable.
For example: My subscription to NIS recently renewed and I wanted to download the current .exe file for the latest NIS2012 version, but had to go onto the Norton NIS forums to find someone who could provide me a URL for a Symantec site which would allow me to do so.
