Full NMS subscription lost - only have Lite now - how do I get it back?

I purchased for $30 the full mobile security for Android a few months ago.  I have sent lots and lots of support requests over the last few weeks but it appears that Norton likes to sell but not support its products.  Since upgrading to Ice Cream Sandwich my full subscription has reverted to Lite.  I want my full subscription back but do not know how to get it back.  Norton has all my purchase details.  Can anyone tell me me how to get my purchase back, because Norton does not want to help me?  Thanks
