It seems that Norton 2014(21) has "only at idle time" unchecked by default. So now the full monthly scan runs while I am using the computer and slows it down? Who changed this default? Why?
How about set it back to how it was? Or add another check "but run it while I am using the computer (aka not idle) BUT only if it hasn't run for a really long time" and check both by default.
