I have Norton 360 version 22.5.5.16 running on Windows 7. My question is - is it possible to do a full system scan without excluding or skipping any files ? My understanding is that Norton 360 and other products now do an intelligent scan based upon the information gathered and analysed in "Insight" (which rates the security confidence in files from the data gathered from the Norton community). I have looked but cannot find any way of temporarily switching off Insight. I suspect that there is a registry entry somewhere that can switch Insight on or off but what I'd prefer is to do this from within the Norton 360 console(s).
