GDPR Breach

Hi There

My son purchased a Norton 360 product and his details have appeared in my account including payment details and the product he purchased.  As this is a serious breach of GDPR regulations how do I inform the company and get it sorted.  It may also hint a serious software  or other issue i.e. Norton have been hacked.  Robert Stevenson

One of you must have provided some sort of PII or product activation information that would have resulted in the merging of data into your account.  If your son had purchased the product and activated it using a separate email address, payment method, etc., there is no way that Norton would have the information necessary to make a connection between the accounts.  I would look first at the email address used.  You will need to contact a Norton support agent, who will have access to your account to sort out what happened.

Respectfully curious: what is the breach of GDPR regulations?
