Hi, Habe einer 10er Lizenz von Norton Security. Auf meinem Konto sind die Geräte mit MeinName-Windows 10-X benannt, wobei X von 1-8 geht. Wie kann ich nun herausfinden welches Gerät welches ist?

Da hast Du recht. Die Umschaltung des On-/ Offline- Modus dauert hier noch ein wenig zu lange. Da sollte noch mal nachgebessert werden.

You need to be logged into a Windows Administarator account to see the remote management setting. You may have to scroll down a little to see it.

Hi, on the computer which Norton is installed, you should be able to check for the "My Name Windows 10-X" under the Help > About section of the product. (Hopefully I'm not wrong)
To keep Norton Security info up-to-date on Norton website, make sure "remote management" is enable on each users softwares.
To enable remote management, go to Settings > Detailed Settings > Administrative Settings > Remote Management > On. Click Apply and close the software.
