I saw some other threads on this but they are closed/locked and the problem does not seem to have been resolved.
If I go into "Activity Summary" I can see that the device is reporting activity (time used, web sites visited, location, etc.) but I get emails almost daily saying "Device has not reported any activity".
The odd thing is that this is a new device with a brand new app installation and the same thing used to happen with his old device.

It is both for the phones labeled " Nic & Jaiden". Just received more emails last night that there are now 2 days of no activity for both of these phones. I emailed all of the info and screenshots yesterday to Abhilash Raipally but have not heard back as of yet. I was communicating with this person regarding other issues I was having of not getting email notifications when blocked websites were visited. My subscription ends in 9 days and this is not proving to be a reliable app to renew for another year.
I just took my sons phone and logged into NF as a parent and when I look at everything, there is nothing! No activity for anything. When I log into NF on my phone, I can see everything. This is so frustrating. Can you please tell me what is going on?
I just sent an email to Norton about 15 minutes ago regarding the same exact thing. I got two emails last night after 9 PM stating that both of my sons phones had no activity for 1 day, but if I log onto Norton I can see blatantly that there was activity going on and being on various websites! My sons were with me the whole day yesterday and I watched them go on different websites and I actually asked one to look up a store for me, so I know for a fact they were searching websites. My subscription ends in 10 days and this definitely is not worth paying $50 for false information.
