I have just replaced my mother board and my Ghost 10 recovery disk cannot access the network due to the drivers not being on the recovery disk.
I have emailed my system info and drivers to nic_drivers@symantec.com in accordance with Obtaining Custom Recovery Disk page twice without reply coming on to 2 weeks now.
Is this a long process or does Symantec not provide this service any longer? I used this method when I originally purchased Ghost 10 a few years back and I cant remember it taking this long!
Any thoughts?
