Ghost 14.0 with Windows XP now gets error E0BC000C

Due to problems setting up a SSD drive letters have been changed and then changed back.  Now my backups no longer work.

What do I need to do to get rid of:

-The saved initial state for applying changes does not match the current system state.
--Error E0BC000C: Object BasicDiskGroup SME~Computer~BgM56424C43Region-0 was in the saved state but is not in the current state.
---Error E0BC000C: Object WindowsDevice SME~Computer~Sg56424C43 was in the saved state but is not in the current state.

Thanks,

Hi Laird,

Welcome to the Norton Community.

What is your full version of Ghost from Help > About? Which OS do you have and is it 32 or 64 bit?

I believe this particular problem has only been reported one other time a little over a year ago. For reference the other thread is here.

Given what you have said about the drive letter changes, the first thing I would recommend trying (if you haven't already) is to completely delete the backup job and then re-create it.

Please let me know if this helps.

Thanks

Allen
