Ghost 14 does not recognize my USB flash drives. Why?

I have a USB Flash drive that has been configured by our vendor to boot a single board computer into DOS. It works fine on the target machine.

 

I want to duplicate that flash drive onto a 2nd flash drive, but Norton Ghost 14 does not recognize the existence of either of them. It has been a long time since I used Ghost and this version is nothing like the old one I remember using. Our vendor used Ghost 8.2 to configure the 1st Flash drive. I'm probably doing something really stupid. Can someone tell me what?
