Ghost 15.0 Installation Error

I'm trying to install Ghost 15.0 on an XP machine and get the following error:

It looks like Roxio has something messed up with the Windows installer. You may need to uninstall / reinstall Roxio first or at least supply the file it is looking for. If you do not have Roxio, maybe you could try the Windows Installer Cleanup Utility. Note that this tool is no longer supported by Microsoft and can damage some Office installations, so read up before using.
