Ghost 15 changes drive letter after re-image of two drives

I am using an HP Pavilion HPE desktop with windows 7 ultimate. I started up my PC this morning to a windows boot error, so I re-imaged my drives with my most recent ghost image. After waiting the hour or so and getting completion successful, computer restarts and gives a error message about UEFI.  I have re-imaged my PC before and this has never happened.

I bypass the error message and gain access to my desktop only to find there is no desktop, windows 7 cannot find my user files on the C drive. Upon further inspection, my (OS drive) C: is assigned the letter E: and another physical drive which was not my (OS) drive is now C:.  All of my user files and program links are still on the new E: drive. Can anyone tell me how to fix my image so that it assigns the correct letters to my drives after a re-image. Also, a short explanation of why the drive letters would change after a re-image since this has never happened until today.

Is Disk Management too frightening to post? We won't laugh. Promise.

Here is a screenshot of Win8 which has been converted to E: drive from C: drive...
