I've attempted a few times to create a custom SRD with Ghost Version 15 and keep getting the unhandled exception ECA31789. In reviewing previous posts on the same error message, the possible solution is to extract the files from the Norton CD to an HDD directory and use this directory in the creation of the custom SRD. I wondered at the time if all of this was occurring because my notebook only has one CD/DVD drive and their is no indication or instructions as to when one must remove the Norton disk and insert the to-be-burned CD. I have presumed that Norton Ghost 15 would tell me when to pull the original CD and insert the blank but if that is to occur, it must show up after the exception when everything comes to a halt in the SRD creation. Is this the cause of the error message - my one CD/DVD drive and the SRD creation process unable to account for this configuration? Directory creation ? (although I am the only user and administrator)
