I previously had a problem with the VSS and couldn't do a file backup. Your guidance helped me fix that and now my files get backed up on a regular schedule. However, I have a problem with the MY COMPUTER backup. I am using a1TB network drive and it runs for 3 days...I get that's becuase I'm using a network drive but that's what works for me. I found my log file and here is the event from when it failed:

This had happened before. I suspected that the fix for the MY FILES backup would address this as well. Part of that fix was an uninstall and clean install.
