Ghost 15 recover Windows 7 (Bluetooth)

I use a Dell XPS Studio 16 (1640).
When I recover the Ghost (cold) image (windows 7 home premium + reserved system 100MB), my Bluetooth DW-370 works no longer.
I have installed the newest Bluetooth drivers.
 
 How is this possible? what is the solution?

Does the same thing happen if you create a "hot" image while windows is running and then restore the image using the Ghost CD?
