Ghost 15 Win 7 VProConsole has stopped working

Ghost 15, Win 7 32 bit Professional. I've had Ghost running without issues forever. Past 2 days I get the error Norton Ghost VProConsole has stopped working. What I've done:

1) Uninstalled/Reinstalled Ghost with Norton uninstall Tool a few times, including manually deleting folders and registry settings.

2) Uninstalled and reinstalled .Net4

3) Searched this forum for tips. Seems most have 64 bit Win 7 but I haven't found any tips that make a difference.

4) I haven't installed or removed any programs lately. So it's not like a 3rd party software is causing an issue.

What am I missing?

Thanks!

I had tried that to no avail. However, I ended up calling Symantec Tech Support. I originally tried deleting user.config, but I failed to delete user.config under all user names on the computer. Deleting all of them and rebooting fixed me up again.

C:\Users\username\AppData\Local\Symantec_Corporation... user.config

thanks!
