Unfortunately, we no longer provide support for Norton Ghost 9, and the supported Hardware RAID levels are limited. Software RAID for any Norton Ghost product is not supported, though. I apologize for this inconvenience. Perhaps another user on the forum can provide you with a workaround for this issue.

Use PartInNT.exe to find if there are any errors on the C drive.
You can obtain PartitionInfo file here - ftp://ftp.symantec.com/public/english_us_canada/tools/pq/utilities/
Download and run the file and that should show you if there are any errors on the C drive.
Note - Ghost fails to recognize the drive if there are errors on the drive.
