I am running Ghost 9.0 under Windows 2000 Professional. I have backup images of my system on the second disk drive on my computer and on an external drive.
Last week my main hard drive failed. I have installed a new drive. So far, so good.
When I boot from the Ghost install CD, the system boots - into DOS 7.1. I select option 2 - install CD drivers - the boot goes to DOS and ends. I am left the DOS prompt with an "A:" disk, with DOS files on it, and a "C:" that is the Ghost CD. I never enter the recovery environment.
The system is booting from the CD drive; when I put the Windows install disk in the drive, it boots up with no problem.
I have read the instructions several times. I am following them to the letter (I think). I have the same problem when attempting to boot the Ghost CD on another, working system.
HELP, please.
