From my research I am already expecting the answer to be no; however, a man can hope.
I am a student at a local highschool. Im in our PC Support class. We use Norton GHost religously for pushing out systems and images of computer labs ranging from 15-30 stations. Our network specialist who is in charge of PCS said he thought he heard something of this before but i wanna see if i can find it since Im up their ths summer getting volunter hours.
Our labs now adays get reghosted at the end of each year to clean them out and push out new software; however, their is one major pain to this.
We have to run through sysprep on each system.
Build the image, turn on sysprep through Ghost, Ghost the (25gb image for our animation lab), reboot the systems, enter our product key, get the right ip and name for the system, join it to a workgroup because sysprep dosent like to join our domain, rebot, run through network id wizard and join to the domain.... WALAH where done about 1:30 later for 4 system at a time inside our PCS room......
The big question is is their anyway to build some type of table or something based off like mac adress or dell asset tags and have sysprep/norton select the appropiate ip and name? Or is their a better way to do what where doing..... (Help!! Where about to start our 2 bigger webdesgin / moddl office labs)
Does that mean by doing that their would be a solutin to my problem?

It certainly is one solution to your problems. I would recommend reading about the product, and checking out the Data Sheet (PDF) would be a good place to start. On the link I posted previously, there is a lot of information about the product and its features. Please review this information to see if it will meet your needs. Thanks!
Enterprise Products such as Ghost Solutions Suite have their own community and forums at:
It is a really big place over there tho so here a link to the Ghost Solution Suite Board:

With the consumer Ghost products, there are limitations on this type of imaging. If you're looking for a more comprehensive imaging solution, you may wish to check out Ghost Solution Suite, an Enterprise product:
