Can someone list the reasons why a drive will show grayed out in Ghost11.5?

The following SATA drives are connected to the machine:

1 - 1TB Seagate drive.

2 - 150GB WDC Raptor. This is grayed out.

3 - 32GB Solid State drive.

4 - 150GB WDC Raptor. This is also grayed out.

The two Raptors are the ones that couldn't be accessed by the Windows Server 2008 operating system that they were installed in. Windows Server 2008 shows them as uninitialized, but there is alot of very important data there.

Out of six drives this server did this to 4 of them. i am trying to recover the files starting with the 1st two of them.

I tried cloning the drives and tried doing a sector by sector copy. But these two 150GB Raptors are always grayed out.

Ghost32 is running in a Vista PE environment and it has been used in this configuration for many jobs without a problem.

Any help with this issue would be greatly appreciated.
