Which Ghost version are you using? Ghost reports all warnings and errors to the Windows Event log. Could you look at the application event logs and check for any warnings/errors from Ghost, Ghost Service, V2i, Volume Shadow Copy Service, etc? Have you run LiveUpdate in Ghost until there are no more updates? Any information you can give would be helpful. Thanks!

Im using Ghost 14 and i have updated without  luck

Here is my event log

Error EC8F1780: Cannot successfully reconcile changes since last session. Error EC8F1771: Cannot enumerate the current drives on this system. Error E6F10001: The Ldm database cannot be used.
Details: 0xE6F10001

Thanks in advanced

is this info of any help?

Absolutely, thank you. I have found a few documents that reference these error codes:

http://service1.symantec.com/SUPPORT/on-technology.nsf/docid/2007146044507698

http://seer.entsupport.symantec.com/docs/293297.htm

Please review and attempt the first link first, with the workaround listed. Let me know if these resolve the problem for you. Thanks!

I did a recovery adn every went ok but after that ghost coulnt  see the drives. and this error would come  up “cannot successfully reconcile changes since last session”. Im on windows XP pro 32 the disks are sata 2 and the system is running just fine but i cant get  ghost to  run at all… i have tried uninstalling and it doesent even let me change the location for the restore points…

Any Ideas?? Ghost is not working at all on my computer.
