Greetings,
As I previously said, I have notebook - Samsung R590 with Windows7 Ultimate, and Norton Ghost 15 on it. Today I had some kind of accident installing drivers for Bluetooth, and my Windows wouldn't boot properly anymore.
I backup my C:\ regularly on external hard drive, so I thought, it wouldn't be a problem. Furthermore, I have Custom Recovery CD (Ghost) on bootable flash drive/memory stick.
Unfortunately, it won't boot on my computer.
In fact, solution was "simple". I have plug in my HDD into another notebook (Toshiba) with another BIOS, and without pre-installed any recovery program. Everything booted correctly, and I've successfully recovered my files - now my computer works just fine. As you can see - everything is ok with my Custom Recovery CD and my backup files.
However, there's still a problem - why RCD won't boot properly on my PC? What can I do, to get rid of that issue? I suppose, that's fault of pre-installed Samsung Recovery Solution 4. Am I right?
Thanks for feedback, and sorry for my english - I suppose it's not perfect.
