Hi I only paid for Norton Deluxe (annual) yesterday, so well within 60 day timeframe. I’ve followed link to refunds, contact support, reasons for cancellation, country, online purchase. Just keeps going around in circles.

What is the error message you are seeing?

Sorry-don’t know how to respond to last message. I’m not using VPN. Only have Norton safe browsing. Also no ad blockers. Still can’t get to template to claim refund.

Are you referring to Norton Private Browser?
