Going around in circles trying to get refund

Hi I only paid for Norton Deluxe (annual) yesterday, so well within 60 day timeframe. I’ve followed link to refunds, contact support, reasons for cancellation, country, online purchase. Just keeps going around in circles.

I’m not using VPN. Only have Norton safe browsing. Also no ad blockers. Still can’t get to template to claim refund.

Are you referring to Norton Private Browser?
