Dear Sir or Mam, Ever since Friday, February 7, 2014, I have not been able to have access to google chrome. It was working well. It was in the middle of updating and that it crashed. My computer id 97% secure. I checked my internet connection ,and I am able to use internet explorer. I've tried rebooting my computer and reinstalling chrome several times. There have been times where I would put in a search, and it would go to it, but if I pursue it more, than it's unable to reload. The message I would receive from google chrome is :"This page or network is unavailable. " I click on for more details and it would state :Google Chrome is having trouble accessing the network.
This may be because your firewall or antivirus software wrongly thinks Google Chrome is an intruder on your computer and is blocking it from connecting to the Internet. Allow Chrome to access the network in your firewall or antivirus settings. If it is already listed as a program allowed to access the network, try removing it from the list and adding it again. Error code: ERR_NETWORK_ACCESS_DENIED
My you please tell me step by step how to correct this. Thank you dearly for your time and patience.
Thank you so much for your reply! I just checked Google Chrome and it's up and working. Yay! I did report the issue to them on Friday. I guess Chrome was down for a few days?! I'm not certain if this is typical behavior of Chrome, but I do like it better than internet explorer. Hopefully, this is a rare occassion, but if it happens again, I will keep your suggestions in mind! Thank you once again for your response! It is greatly appreciated!
