I got this error when Norton popped up with something called "One Click Support". (I use Norton Security Suite.)
Earlier today though, my computer was acting a little strange. When i started it up i signed into my Windows user and it said "preparing desktop" and it sent me to a whole different desktop then it was suppose to. I'm not sure if i'm overreacting over that or not. I did a full scan using safe mode just in case and didn't find any malware. Also, Norton closed itself while doing a scan earlier today when i tried to see how it was doing. (I did two full scans actually, one in normal mode and one in safe mode.)
No abnormal usages that I know of, CPU is at the usual 2% and the RAM is at the usual 60-70%
Also, how can i know there's not a virus trying to act like Norton?
