I am using Windows 10 and Firefox. Updated Norton Safe Search, Safe Web etc. When I do a search the web results do not show the Norton Green Safe Search icons

I’m not seeing search annotations with Norton Safe Search results.
I am using the Norton Home Page Extension and do not get the green check marks but if I use search.norton.com I do. I am also using the Firefox and safe search versions you state. It was all okay until yesterday when I updated Norton Homepage, Norton Safe Search, Norton Password Manager and Norton Safe Web. I only did the updates as at the beginning of the year had same issue and that solved it.
Hi, I saw this post just now and then checked my browser using the Norton Safe Search and indeed I had the same problem, no green tick marks showing. I managed to fix it (Im using Google Chrome) by unchecking the button that pins Norton Safe Search icon on the toolbar, then re checked the button back again, refreshed the page and there were all the green ticks again. Did a different search and was still showing the green ticks.
Maybe you try something similar with your Firefox browser!

fwiw ~ as test: removed and reinstalled four Norton extensions via https://search.norton.com/protect
and still No search result annotations.
