Are only emails from this person blocked, or are you not receiving any emails from anyone? Also, which email client is the other person using? Which email client are you using? It seems unlikely that Symantec products are blocking the email coming to you, but if you can provide me with the names and versions of the products, that would be helpful in determining the cause. Thanks!

Hello,

I use Microsoft's Hotmail on a Macbook and we have Time-Warner for wireless.  My co-worker uses Verizon and a PC. He receives my messages but I do not get his--his are the ONLY ones I do not receive. Thanks for any help!

fyi, I've sent a query or two to the Hotmail whoever but have had no response.

so are you opening safari and going to http://www.hotmail.com and logging in?    Have you checked your spam?   I don't use hotmail anymore, but as I recall if I ever accidently clicked the spam link when looking at someone's email it would brand there email spam forever.....  i think i figured out how to undo it once....  if you think that could be it i could go look around on hotmail, I think i still have one...    i don't think theres anything in norton that would block this...

let us know what you find out...

Hello and thank!

Yes... Safari... I did assure that Jim is on my 'safe' list BUT at your suggestion I went into 'options' and 'blocked senders' and there he was again. I have no idea how that happened so it hadn't occurred to me to go there. THANK YOU! It seems to be fixed.
