Wondering if anyone can help me. Since installing Norton Internet Security 2010, I haven't been able to access iTunes. I know this is a common probem, but I haven't been able to find a solution yet. I've tried uninstalling all Apple software (including Quicktime), even reinstalling my Norton software itself, but nothing makes any difference.
Every time I try to access the iTunes store I get this message flash up:
