Help! I switched from Xfinity's "free" Norton to the paid version with a big discount today. No real problems on my wife's W10 laptop. The new GUI shows the option for an included VPN, 50GB of backup, plus the usual. This is a 5 device subscription so I tried to install it on my W10 laptop but although it appeared to install, the GUI is the same as the version that I got from Xfinity! I was logged into my "new account" and can't figure this out. Any ideas???
