I was disappointed to have to uninstall NSM from my son's laptop as it stopped him downloading his schoolwork from his schools intranet.
My son is 16 had I had NSM on monitor only (no blocking) However when he tried to to open or download home work (in the form of PDFs) the browser would appear to drop the server connection and nothing happened - no error messages. You could get to the open / download dialogue but then nothing. Tried just disabling NSM but that didn't help.
I ran the site on another laptop with out NSM and everything worked so I uninstalled NSM and that fixed the problem.
Has anyone else experienced anything like this? Are there any other setting we could try to fix the problem?
We just log on to the school intranet as a website:- intranet.collingwoodcollege.com (you then have to log on). When we tried to download / open files the windows download dialogue box opens, but selecting either save or open results in nothing happening - the dialogue disappears but no files are downloaded.
When I removed NSM completely from the laptop it worked fine. For info if it helps the laptop is running windows vista home premium 64bit OS and ie 8 as the browser.

Would you be open to having one of our support agents collect product logs from your machine when the error occurs? this could help us identify the issue.
