Hallmark Virus & Norton Antivirus

I stupidly opened the Hallmark virus ecard link.  I have Norton AntiVirus 2010 with antispyware.  I have run 3 or 4 scans in the last few days but nothing has been picked up.  Do any of you have any input as to what else I should do or if Norton should catch this?
