I installed NIS 2010 yesterday, I already had NIS 2009 installed. After installation my computer automatically restarted but stalled during boot up with a black screen and a flashing cursor in the upper left hand corner. Boot up finally completed and everything seems to be running fine until I tried to boot up today. My computer hung up again on boot up in the same way. What a PIA, this takes too long.
Running Dell XPS M1210, Windows XP, IE.
I'm also seeing "Adobe Air" updater popping up, never saw that before, must have come with NIS 2010? Do I need this program for NIS 2010?
There's always a problem when installing new Norton Products, this may be the last year for me. I don't care for all the green checks showing up in my google searches either, NIS should stay in my toolbar and stay out of my searches.
