Hard drive crash

I had a hard drive crash on my Dell laptop and am having trouble recovering. I had backed up the laptop using ghost 15. It created the following files: dell-PC_C_Drive001.v2i, dell_PC_System Reserved0-1_Drive001.v2i, DELL-PC.sv2i, RPAM_Store.dat. The drive was 160 GB. I replaced it wit a 240 GB solid state drive. When I recover using the dell-PC_C_Drive001.v2i recovery point I get the message BOOTMGR is missing  Press Ctrl+Alt+Del to restart. When I use the dell_PC_System Reserved0-1_Drive001.v2i recovery point I get a windows boot manager window that  says:

 

Windows failed to start. A recent hardware or software change might be the cause. to fix the problem:

        1. Insert your windows installation disc and restart your computer

        2. Choose your language settings, and then click "nexr"

        3. Click "Repair your computer"

If you do not have this disc, contact your sysetem administator or computer manufacturer for assistance.

            Status: 0xc0000225

            Info: The boot selection failed because a required device is inaccessible.

 

This does not work. What am I missing?
